- Graduated from UKZN with an undergraduate degree, and/or a post-graduate degree, and/or a diploma/certificate

My name is Juliette Simpson, an Honours student in Socio-Informatics at Stellenbosch University. I am conducting research on how institutions impact informant social networks. I am specifically interested in the methods tertiary education graduates use to find jobs (jobs relevant to your level of qualification) after graduating, and then why this method was used.
Because you are a University of KwaZulu-Natal graduate, I am inviting you to participate in this research study by completing the attached survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/socialnetwork_survey
This research is important for improving policy making for employment equity and knowledge management within organisations.
This survey asks questions about two different methods of job search. It should take you approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. There is no compensation for completing this research. There are also no known risks. Anonymity is ensured and all data will only be used in the context of the research.
Please note: your participation in this research is voluntary. You can choose to withdraw from the research at any time. Commencement of this survey indicates full consent on your part to participate.
If you are interested or want more information, feel free to contact me or my supervisor, Laurenz A. Cornelissen at Ph: (+27) 021 808 2423 or E-mail: email@example.com.
Closing date: 25 September 2015
With sincere thanks
